We make both apps - Tale Commerce. They solve the same problem in two different ways, so the choice mostly depends on your Shopify plan and the carriers you ship with.

Why the apps work differently
InPost – Tale Commerce adds pickup points as shipping options through the Carrier Service API. That lets buyers choose a point in checkout on any plan with Carrier Calculated Shipping - from a list, without a map. Learn more: Why is there no map in checkout?
Atlas Pickup Points shows its own pickup point selection, with a map, inside checkout. Shopify only lets apps extend checkout this way on Shopify Plus stores, so on other plans Atlas shows the selection right after the order is placed. See the Atlas Pickup Points documentation for details.
When to choose InPost – Tale Commerce

- You want to offer weekend delivery.
When to choose Atlas Pickup Points Lite
- You use several carriers, or carriers other than InPost, and you’re not on Shopify Plus.
- You sell in countries InPost – Tale Commerce doesn’t cover.
- Choosing a point right after the order is placed works for you.
When to choose Atlas Pickup Points Pro
- You’re on Shopify Plus and want buyers to choose a point on a map in checkout.
- You use several carriers, or carriers other than InPost.
- You want to offer your own stores or locations as pickup points.
Can you use both apps?
Yes. For example, you can offer InPost lockers through InPost – Tale Commerce and other carriers’ pickup points through Atlas Pickup Points.
